More than just a fitness plan. Our approach to wellness includes, strength training, cardio, dynamic movements, yoga, flexibility & mobility, nutrition and meditation. I believe the practice of the mind plays an integral part of our overall wellness.

A path that works for your schedule and your life to provide you with more energy, more muscle, burn fat and feel absolutely amazing in your body and mind! What to expect:

Our initial meeting will cover how you’re feeling, your goals and how you want to feel! Then together we will develop a personalized plan just for you. This will incorporate, an exercise routine with options for one on one training with me in studio, home goals, and access to our group classes, yoga and adventures. Together we’ll make a plan that works with your schedule, finances, goals and lifestyle. We’ll build small habits, which over time will add up to big rewards! We’ll take a look at your nutrition and see what small progressive changes we can make to get your body and mind on the best path to health for now and for your beautiful healthy future. We will continually assess and see what is working and what we need to adjust, as your life changes so does your pathway.

Yoga to me is the perfect balance of strength and stretch of both the body and the mind.

With Hatha and Restorative classes I bring you my favorite sequences and meditations. Yoga is the perfect compliment to a good workout. I believe yoga is a practice that truly can be done anywhere, anytime. Whether its in our beautiful studio spaces or out in the world of nature, come find your balance with me!

Strength & Cardio

Building Strong muscles, bones and heart for quality of life, not only now but also for your beautiful future!

My approach to strength and cardio training begins with bodyweight through yoga, pilates and dynamic movements. Focusing on a strong foundations plan. When our bodies and mobility are safely primed by these movements, and we have learned how to move with proper stability, then we move on to lifting weight. While sprinkling in some fun cardio along the way!

Nutrition

Nutrition is our fuel.

Together we’ll work on a nutrition plan that works for you. Lets take a look at what makes you feel energized, what works into your daily life and needs, what fuels you to move more, sleep better and reach your goals. With easy tips and tricks we’ll boost your metabolism, decrease your insulin spikes, and overall inflammation. All while trying delicious recipes, and learning how different combinations and timing can maximize what your food can do for you!

Bonus: learn the benefits and how to make your own kefir and kombucha at home!

Menopause

My goal is to help you experience Menopause as a productive and positive transition.

Despite some uncomfortable physical and mental changes and challenges, menopause can be an opportunity to carve out a new, more fulfilling and empowering path. Lifestyle strategies that incorporate the 5 key elements of Strength, Cardio, Yoga, Meditation and Nutrition. Including extra tips and knowledge of the pelvic floor, HRT and other related concerns which will all contribute to better sleep, mood, focus and overall vitality.

Welcome to our new studio! One space where movement meets stillness, where strength meets stretch, where we grow and thrive with beautiful energy. A place where women find a place just for us. Nestled amongst nature, the big windows opening into the trees, brings the outside in. Imagine working out with a fresh breeze blowing in, surrounded by thriving plants, soft magical lighting and clean fresh scents. With an amazing squat rack (we call it the ‘jungle gym’) free weights, body weight and yoga space, we’ve got you covered! You’ll learn how to connect the breath to movement and work on a stronger, more flexible healthier you!!

My Story & My Pathway

Welcome to YOUR pathway! I am so excited to help you on your wellness journey. Health and wellness are my passion and have truly transformed my life.

In 2001 I had brain surgery for a condition called Arnold Chiari Malformation. Recovery was long and I found myself in constant pain and uncomfortableness within in my body and my mind.

In 2009 finding myself as a single mom to two amazing little humans, I knew it was crucial to take my health and my life into my own hands. I modified Pilates and Dynamic workouts, slowly and carefully moving and stretching, while listening and tuning into my body. Although my condition can never be cured, through this experience, I began to feel better within in my body, sleep better, move better in daily life and maybe the most beautiful gift was how my mind changed. I found a peace from within. Discovering on a field trip with my daughters class, that much of what was helping was in fact yoga poses, I wanted to learn more, and I did!

In 2019 I became certified to teach yoga. What an incredible experience it has been to teach others and see their lives change too. I then decided to look deeper into nutrition and became a Precision Nutrition 1 coach. It fuels my soul to help my clients and all those I love fuel their bodies and minds. Tuning deeper into my clients and their needs, I knew the next action was learning how to safely train their strength with incorporating weights and also address a common concern of Menopause. But how? By becoming a Girls Gone Strong, Menopause coaching specialist! This final piece has given me the full spectrum of health and wellness, specializing in woman through, Premenopause, Perimenopause, Menopause and beyond.

My number one goal is keeping you safe, now during all aspects of training and yoga and in the future to prevent injuries from falls and daily life by working on strength for our muscles and bones as well as balance. Our future selves will be so grateful for the time and effort we put in now. There is no one pathway for everyone. With small progressive changes to your daily life, we’ll find what works best for YOU, helping you feel good in your body and mind!
